The amazing Power of Flowers Project volunteers gathered at the annual Volunteer Appreciation Brunch to take a moment to relax and enjoy some food, fun and conversation.
Everyone moved to the patio on this gorgeous morning for a group picture. Phyllis D. stretched out for the shot!
Kindness changes us, Maureen G. pointed out in her remarks. And each volunteer who makes a difference in the lives of others is forever marked by that kindness.
Many “Thank You’s” go out to all who do so much for POFP.
Two volunteers emerged as the Pink Apron winners!
Heidi W. assumed the Lead of Flower Therapy Workshop Program in 2018 and has served as co-leader of the Plant Sale for two years. Heidi pitches in and helps out whenever and where ever she is needed. Her passion for flower therapy is contagious! Thank you!
Lois A. stepped into leadership roles in 2018 that enabled POFP to continue moving forward. She served as Board Chair and Interim Executive Director, Chair of the Finance Committee, Lead of the 2018 Spread the Joy Luncheon and the Dana Home Foundation Grant.
