Our volunteers will be digging and dividing this spring to pot perennials that are proven bloomers so you can augment your garden or build a new flower bed at a reasonable price. These plants are hardy New Englanders and should dazzle you with color this summer. As a gardener, you know this is the ideal time for dividing many perennials and building beds. Now, it couldn?t be easier or more economical.
Every dollar made at this sale will buy the compostable cups, floral foam, plant food and other items necessary for the Power of Flowers Project to continue its work of rescuing flowers from one time events and re-purposing them into bouquets. Over 15,000 bouquets were delivered last year to often-neglected seniors in nursing homes, assisted living, the VA and others in our community in need of the moment of joy and the caring connection that flowers can bring. Help us help them.
